What we do
MECHANICAL
HVAC services include all AC systems (centralized, wall-mounted, split, CC, ducted), chilled water systems, refrigeration, duct works, ventilation, and inspection/reporting of existing installations.
ALARM & SECURITY
Electrical engineering services including design, installation, and maintenance of various electrical systems such as panel installations, BMS, busbar systems, cable laying, low voltage systems, and power distribution.
PLUMBING
Plumbing, drainage, and sanitary system design and installation, including pump and tank installation, piping works, sanitary wares fixing, sewage and water treatment plants, potable water booster systems, and testing.
FIRE PROTECTION
Provision and maintenance of fire fighting systems, including automatic sprinklers, foam systems, fire alarms, emergency lighting, fire water tanks, and testing and commissioning.
ELECTRICAL WORK
Provision and maintenance of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting installations, emergency backup systems, circuit breaker panels, transformers, cabling, testing, and commissioning.
